Whitehall Interiors and Home Staging offers several levels of staging support for those homeowners who wish to optimize their home-selling experience. These include the verbal consultation, the written consultation, and complete home staging services. In addition, we have recently introduced Conceptual Staging, a technique to help homeowners visualize the results of the staging process. For all levels of support, we strive to address our clients’ concerns and make recommendations that will transform their property into one that appeals to a broad range of buyers.

Complete Staging Services

For those homeowners who desire the highest level of staging support, Whitehall Interiors and Home Staging offers complete staging services for both occupied and vacant homes. After a comprehensive consultation during which the customers’ needs and wants are identified, we provide a detailed proposal for the staging of the home.

Staging for Vacant Homes

In the case of vacant homes, we work with the seller to recommend rental furniture in keeping with the home’s architectural style and the target buyers’ demographics.  We coordinate furniture delivery and placement, and we accessorize all rooms being staged.   We recommend that only “key” living areas of the home be staged.  The fee for this service depends on the size of the home and the number of rooms being staged.

Staging for Occupied Homes

For occupied homes, we work with existing furniture and accessories to highlight the architectural features of the home. Space planning techniques are used to optimize traffic flow and create a feeling of spaciousness. We provide paint color recommendations as necessary to modernize the look and feel of the home, resulting in an ambience that is warm and inviting to the prospective buyer. The fee for this service depends on the size of the home, the number of rooms to be staged, and whether furniture or accessories need to be rented.

The Verbal Consultation

The verbal consultation is the most basic of our services.  While the home seller takes notes, we begin with an evaluation of the house’s exterior to assess its curb appeal.  We then evaluate each room of the house. Often, we will rearrange some furniture and accessories to demonstrate the effectiveness of our recommendations. At the end of the two-hour session, the homeowner will have a detailed checklist of recommendations that will ensure the market-readiness of the home.  The fee for the verbal consultation is $275.

The Written Consultation

The written consultation represents the next level of staging support. In addition to everything included in the verbal consultation, it includes up to a three-hour session with the client, a recommendations checklist, and a comprehensive written action plan. The action plan will be provided within 48 hours of the consultation.  The fee for the written consultation is $375.

Redesign Services

For those homeowners who aren’t moving, but would like to update the look and feel of their homes, our redesign services will utilize existing furniture and accessories to create interiors that are warm and inviting.   After assessing the clients’ needs, we re-plan the rooms in the home to maximize function, optimize traffic flow, and enhance intrinsic architectural details. The end result is reinvented spaces that feel like new!  The fee for redesign services varies depending on the size and number of spaces to be addressed.  We would be happy to provide you with a complimentary proposal detailing our services and the associated fee.

Conceptual Staging Services

Whitehall Interiors & Home Staging is proud to be one of the few home staging and redesign companies nation-wide that offers Conceptual Staging. Also know as Virtual Staging, Conceptual Staging is a tool that allows the homeowners to visualize the recommended changes to their home before they’ve done any of the necessary work. We photograph a room or the exterior of the residence and apply home staging principals including flow, function, scale, color and mood to the photo. With a conceptually staged photo, we can demonstrate the appearance of the room or exterior once it is staged to sell. The fee for this service ranges from $80 – $200 depending upon the size and complexity of the image.
